ShetMehanat is a marketplace for verified Landowners and Farm Workers. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information provided (ID proofs, land details) is accurate and truthful.

2. Marketplace Rules

Our platform serves as a bridge. Users agree to:

• Provide fair wage estimates for listed tasks.
• Respect the safety and dignity of all community members.
• Complete agreed-upon work as per the job description.

3. Zero Commission Policy

ShetMehanat currently operates on a **0% commission** model. Workers retain 100% of their earned wages. Important: All payments and logistics are handled directly between the Owner and the Worker. ShetMehanat is NOT involved in the financial transaction.

4. Liability

While we verify users to the best of our ability, ShetMehanat is not responsible for disputes regarding work quality, physical injury on-site, or payment defaults. We recommend verifying details independently before starting work.
